By engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We will provide cleaning services as agreed upon, which may include but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
Our pricing will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Any additional services requested may incur extra charges. All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
Payment for services must be made in the agreed-upon manner, which may include cash, bank transfer, or electronic payment. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed-upon price.
You must provide our cleaners with access to the premises at the agreed-upon time. If access is not granted, a cancellation fee may be charged.
We will take all reasonable care in providing our cleaning services. However, we will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may occur during or as a result of our cleaning services, unless due to our negligence.
We maintain public liability insurance to cover any damages caused by our cleaners. However, it is recommended that you have your own insurance to cover any valuable or fragile items.
9. Health and Safety
Our cleaners will adhere to health and safety guidelines while on your premises. It is your responsibility to ensure a safe working environment, including providing any necessary protective equipment or information about hazardous substances or areas.
If you have any complaints or concerns about our cleaning services, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning job. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.
Either party may terminate the cleaning services agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments will be due upon termination.
We will keep all personal and confidential information obtained during the provision of cleaning services confidential and will not disclose it to any third party, unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
14. Consumer Guarantees Act
If you are acquiring our cleaning services for personal, domestic, or household use, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may apply. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies you may have under this act.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
